Litt om mitt arbeid med bøker:
Eg har laga bøker sidan 1984. Alle mine bøker gir eg ut sjølv på eige forlag. Forlaget heiter Zeth Forlag. Namnet kjem frå performancen Zeth (1993), og boka Zeth (1996). Eg arbeider både visuelt og tekstbasert. Som oftast er bøkene enten tekstbasert eller visuelle, men i nokre tilfelle er det ein miks. Mange av bøkene inneheld korte tekstar, heilt ned til berre to ord. Fairy-tale (1985) har berre ein setning med 20 illustrasjonar. Pust (2006) har to setningar som blir gjenteke gjennom heile boka, medan Eg er ein frosk (2007) har ein setning som veks til noko langt, kompleks og surrealistisk. Øvingar (1994) er ein overlegen bestselgjar. I 1985 laga eg to bøker som er grunnlaget for måten eg arbeider med tekst på, And Visible Words and og Walking Frog and Ghostjokes. Desse bøkene er på mange vis dei viktigaste bøkene eg har laga. I 1997 laga eg boka 23 Farger, og i 2001 laga eg boka Og. Desse tykkjer eg sjølv er dei mest poetiske eg har laga. Evolusjon (2002) er kanskje den vakraste boka så langt. I 2005 laga eg boka Fotball med meir, som er desidert noko av det raraste eg har vore inni. Boka førde meg dessutan inn i kaos og kompleksitet, og med det ein ny måte å arbeide på. Dette arbeidet førde meg til Eg er ein frosk (2007) og Hendinga (2009). Sjølv om kompleksitet til tider fører til mange ord, kan det og føre til få ord: Eg er (2009). Under finn du mange linkar til tekst og bilde frå min bokproduksjon. About my work with books.
I have been publishing books since 1984. All of my books I publish independently through my own publisher, Zeth. The name comes from my performance Zeth (1993), and the book Zeth (1996). I work with both text and images. Most often my books are either text-based or image-based, but in some cases they contain both mediums. Many of my books consist of very few sentences, right down to just a pair of words. Fairy-tale (1985) consists of a single sentence with 20 illustrations. Breath (2006) has two sentences that are repeated over and over again throughout the entire book, whereas I am a Frog (2007) has just one sentence that grows and grows into a long, complicated and surreal story. Exercises (1994) is my all-time bestseller. In 1985 I published two books that formed the basis for how I work with text: And Visible Words and, and Walking Frog and Ghostjokes. These books are in the way the most important books I have made. In 1997 I made the book, 23 Colours, and in 2001 I made the book, And. These books are probably the most poetic books I have made. Evolution (2002) is possibly the most beautiful book I have made to date. In 2005 I published the book, Football and More, which is undoubtedly some of the strangest work I have ever done. The process of creating this book led me into a deeply chaotic and complex world, which in turn has given me a new way of working. This experience led me to write I am a Frog (2007) and The Happening (2009). And whilst complexity can lead to a lot of words, it can also lead to a very few words: I am (2009). Det andre kapittelet er ein dialog mellom ein stein og mosen på steinen. Det startar med at steinen presenterer sitt misnøye med livet generelt og mosen spesielt. Mosen lyttar til steinen sine frustrasjonar, men veit ikkje heilt korleis den respondere på den brutale kritikken.

The Stone the Moss is book no. 9 in the Pitte Litt series. The book has two chapters: The Moss and the Stone and The Stone and the Moss. The first chapter is a collection of photos of stones with moss. The second chapter is a dialogue between a stone and the moss on the stone. It starts with the stone presenting its dissatisfaction with life in general and the moss in particular. The moss listens to the stone's frustrations, but doesn't quite know how to respond to the brutal criticism.

How they relate to each other and what this relationship leads to. The book has clear links to the books Everything and Nothing (2004) and About That Without Meaning (2013). The Space of Not-knowing maintains the drawing technique from the two books. In addition, the visuals in the book are gradually overwhelmed by colorful photographic qualities.
